The UPSC does not have admiralty jurisdiction. Admiralty jurisdiction is the power of a court to hear and decide maritime cases. In India, admiralty jurisdiction is vested in the High Courts of India by the Admiralty (Jurisdiction and Settlement of Maritime Claims) Act, 2017.

No, you are not eligibile to give UPSC exam in your 4th year of BA LLB course, as according to the UPSC criteria you need to acquire a bachelor's degree and BA LLB is treated as a single degree for UPSC purposes.

The challenges brought on by NEET and UPSC exams depend on the individual's background, abilities, and interest in particular subject areas. While appearing for UPSC IAS prelims, you should ideally start from reading the syllabus of prelims and mains. Read NCERT for subjects like History, Geography and Economics to lay a good foundation. Reading The Hindu newspaper and Yojana magazine regularly make you stay aware to the current affairs. Refer M.Laxmikanth for Polity, and GC Leong for Geography. Practice writing answers regularly and focus on repetitive revision. Work hard and be consistent in your study/preparation. Suti.

Yes, you can appear for the UPSC exam after doing a B.Com LL.B 5-year course. UPSC Civil Services Examination allows the candidates who hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university. That's what your integrated B.Com LL.B degree provides for you. It would help much if you had some background of law because that would definitely make you shine if you chose law, public administration, or political Science as your optional subject in the Mains exam. Ensure you fulfill all the eligibility criteria, such as age limits and nationality.

If you are preparing for UPSC or other civil services exam and you are not able to attend the college then you must enroll in SOL. DU
SOL. DU has a great reputation and it's a prestigious educational institute in India for open learning.
Or you can prefer IGNOU for your graduation.
Both universities are very reputative and provides you a valuable degree.

Definitely you can opt for UPSC preparation along with B.Com and it will not pose any further problems .
Just take care of these points.
- Maintain Seperate Study time period for both.
- Need to focus more on your academics as graduation is more important.
- Need to utilise your time efficiently
- You will have to minimise distractions
- Also you don't need to take much stress and
- Focus on your mental health
- UPSC preparation must not harm your Academics
- Understand the exam pattern and syllabus.
- Must Build a strong foundation with NCERT books.

UPSC is a governmental body under Government of India which selects students for various exam and posts under central government.
If you have done Bachelor ( Graduation) in any subject like Bsc, BA, Bcom or any equivalent degree then you can apply for UPSC exams.
Bachelor is not required in all UPSC exams, you can give NDA or CDS examination which is for 12th pursuing/ Passed students

Cut-offs determined by the University of Kashmir, South Campus for B.Sc. Nursing, will be finalized by December 2024 in accordance with the volume of applications received, performance in qualifying examination and number of seats available.
