You can do any BCA, B.Com or any degree equivalent graduation degree and while doing so you can join coaching for SSC coaching so that you can be updated and crack the SSC exam or any government jobs easily.

Just try to go in college which is better than to do through distance as in distance education you didn't worry about study but when you go to college you are aware of syllabus and study well.
You can appear for UPSC after your graduation.

Hi Chandresh,
The students who wish to join for UPSC Exams SPIPA Centre should be graduate or PG from a valid University of India. Further, the other conditions are:
Mother Tongue of the candidates should be Gujarati or 1st Degree of Graduation from Gujarat or Ordinarily, a residence of Gujarat will be entitled to apply for admission.
This is a full-time course and candidates are not allowed to join any job or outside study.
As per these conditions, you might not qualify. It would be better that you get in touch with administration/enquiry office directly. Please follow the link for details:
