The authority has not yet announced the UPTET Notification 2025 release date. It is expected to be released soon. It will be released in PDF format which comprises the details of the exam including the exam dates, application dates, steps to apply, eligibility criteria, exam pattern, syllabus, and more.

Yes, a candidate can make corrections to the application form. The authority provides a correction window facility. For this, candidates need to log in to the account and make necessary corrections within the stipulated time.

Yes. A candidate can apply for both Paper 1 and 2. While applying online and if an aspirant want to apply for both the papers they have to pay the fee combined and have to select an option of both papers.

The major difference between CTET and UPTET is that when candidates clear the CTET exam, it provides a national-level eligibility certificate that can be used across India, whereas clearing the UPTET exam provides a state-level eligibility certificate that is only valid within Uttar Pradesh state.

Yes, if you have completed a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree, you are eligible to appear for UPTET for the upper primary level (Classes VI-VIII). To be eligible for UPTET, you must have a Bachelor's degree and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) or a Bachelor's degree and a 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) or a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) or a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).

Candidates should be a minimum of 18 of age in order to be eligible to apply for the UPTET exam. There is no upper age limit for the UPTET exam. The educational qualification to apply for the UPTET exam has been given below for the candidates:
Primary
a) Class 12 with minimum 50 per cent marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education.
b) Class 12 with minimum 50 per cent marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (BElEd).
