Yes, one has to visit the official website and click on the online application link there. Search for the change in study center link on the top and you will be redirected to the page. Fill in the details there and your center will be changed.

Uttarakhand Open University (also known as UOU Haldwani) was established in 2005. UOU courses are recognised by Distance Education Council (DEC) and UGC. UOU Haldwani consists of a total of 14 schools in different streams of education. UOU offers its programmes through 240+ Study Centres established at different locations in the state under eight Regional Centres at Dehradun, Roorkee, Pauri, Uttarkashi, Dwarahat, Bageshwar, Haldwani and Pithoragarh.

For Uttarakhand Open University B.Ed admissions, candidates must have scored a minimum of 50% aggregate either in a Bachelor's or master's degree in order to be eligible for the B.Ed course at Uttarakhand Open University. There is a five percent relaxation given for reserved category candidates.
