V college of engineering and technology Palakkad offer admission in various disciplines through the  TNEA ( tamilnadu engineering admissions) counselling, high number of students apply in it, so cutoff increases as per the students involved.

For the fact that it is hard or not it's just based upon the 12th marks, but due to  high competition people may find it hard to get.

UVCE (V College of Engineering) does not offer a 100% scholarship to all students, but it provides several government and merit-based scholarships for eligible candidates. Students from economically weaker sections, reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC), and minority communities can avail of fee concessions or full tuition waivers through state or central schemes. Scholarships depend on academic performance and income criteria.

The quality of food in the UVCE hostel mess is considered average to decent by most students. Being a government-run facility, the food is simple, hygienic, and budget-friendly, but not very diverse or luxurious. The menu typically includes basic South Indian meals. While it meets daily nutritional needs, some students prefer eating outside or in nearby PGs for variety.
