A list of required documents must have been uploaded on the site. I can tell you a bit. 10th, 12th marksheet, character certificate, medical certificate, aadhar card photocopies and some other documents. Check on http://vips.edu/ or http://ipu.ac.in/ for the list.
No idea about the admission slip. It might be the slip which says you have freezed the seat and then a confirmation that you have received from the college.

The second round will be better and you have got a good rank. Don't lose hope. If not VIPS, there are many other good colleges.

You may find a way in the 3rd cutoff.
The last sliding round may also take in your rank for VIPS.

Officially, there are no trips conducted by the college, however, there are many unofficial trips that are really good and safe.

Both colleges are pretty good. As I am studying in VIPS so I can guide you for that. The internships and exposure provided here are really good and you surely won't regret taking admission here.

It will depend on this year's cutoff. The rank is good so you might get through good colleges.

Freeze this college for the time being as getting VIPS at this rank might be tough. DME is also a good college and you should always have a backup!
