Hi Shiva,
I am sorry but you cannot because you will be asked to submit documents and the passing certificates of class 12th which I am assuming you don't have. You can, however, get passed and then pursue the same from the institutes offering during the month of Oct-Nov when the compartment results are out. I am sure, there are many.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Eligibility criteria depends on the course. For example, in case of B.Sc. Visual Communication course, 10+2 Science stream schooling is required. In case of BA course, 10+2 pass in any stream is enough. For Diploma course, 10+2 pass in any stream is enough. In case of B.Sc. Visual Media course, 10+2 pass in any stream is enough. The eligibility criteria may also differ from one institute to another. Some institutes do give admission to 10+2 passed students from any stream, even in Science (B.Sc. ) programs. Mass communication is the study of media, journalism, public relations and often includes marketing communications as well. Visual communication is more design related. Students would need to learn how to use software such as Photoshop, various Adobe programs, etc. As a mass comm. student, I took visual communication as a module. Where we learnt basic Photoshop, photography, in-design and applying design to magazines, etc. We learn the basics. However, a Bachelors degree in visual communication would be more in-depth.
