On my personal experience I would once again suggest Computer Science core or with specializations receive the first royal treatment in terms of difficulty and placements. They are the ones looting the highest package every year. This year two students from Computer Science Core grabbed a whooping offer of Rs. 1.02cr LPA. I would rank the best courses in VIT as follows
1) Computer Science and engineering core
2) M.Tech integrated software engineering
3) All CS specialisations (AI, Robots, CPS, data Science)
4) Electronics and Computer Engineering
5) Electronics and Communication Engineering
6) Electronics and Electrical Engineering
7) Mechatr

Your chances of getting a seat in the integrated M.Tech SE course at VIT depend on various factors such as the number of seats available, the number of applicants, the cutoff, and your performance in the entrance exam. It is difficult to predict your chances without knowing your VITEEE rank or percentile. However, with a good score in your intermediate exams, you may have a better chance of securing a seat in the course. It is recommended that you check the official website of VIT for more information on admission and cutoffs.

Hi, How do you compare universities? Let me share some criteria:
Curriculum: The curriculum is continuously upgraded and developed with consultations and feedback from the industry. Since IT/CSE is a highly dynamic field, you can't afford a programme that is stuck in obsolete technologies and syllabi. Technology: The businesses and the business functions are now high tech-driven; the tech programme must have the exposure and training. The world-leading technologies like SAP, GitHub, Advance excel, etc. Are a must for any professional to succeed in a career. Industry interface: Ultimately, it's the industry that will immerse the students
