VIT-AP University's integrated M.Tech programme is subject to a valid score on the last qualifying exam. As per the University admission guidelines, admission is based on Class 12 marks, with no entrance exam required. Eligible candidates can apply directly on the official website of VIT-AP. Fill out the online application form. Submit the form with all the required documents and application fee of INR 600. After the application process candidates will be shortlisted and seats will be allocated.

For VIT-AP University M.Tech admission, candidates can follow the below steps:
- Candidates must first have a valid qualification, i.e., a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / EEE / ECE from a recognised University/Institute with a minimum aggregate of 60% or first class.
- Eligible candidates must apply for the VITMEE exam conducted by the Vellore Institute of Technology. Further, candidates with a valid GATE score also become eligible.

The aspirants who are Class 12 or equivalent pass with at least 60% aggregate (50% aggregate for SC/ST/applicants hailing from Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and the North-Eastern states) in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics can apply. However, the qualifying exam should have been passed from a recognised board. Apart from this basic eligibility, the aspirants must also meet the below criteria to become eligible for admission:
- Applicant must be a resident/ non-resident Indian National/ PIO

Vellore Institute of Technology does not offer direct admission. It is necessary that you go through the course-specific selection rounds. For VIT Andhra Pradesh Amaravati admission, candidates are selected based on their merit in the last qualifying exam or entrance exam. After completion of the selection rounds, the institute releases a merit list to announce the names of the shortlisted candidates. The shortlisted aspirants are called for counselling and document verification. Aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat at the institute.

- VIT Andhra Pradesh University will release the admission notification.
