It changes year after year. But under 5k, you shud easily get in Vellore and below 20k in the Chennai Campus!

Yes. You should clear all the requirements which you would find on the website!
Except that admission is based on VITEEE only!

hii, I am not very sure whether one should go for Masters od design from any of these colleges. VIT university, Vellore and MS. Ramaiah university of applied Science are very non design background colleges. You should do it from a place where its worth paying fees and can get to learn enough. If you want to do master's in designing only then there are much better colleges for it like NIFT (national institute of fashion technology ), NID (national institute of design), IIT - UCEED ( undergraduate common entrance examination for design ).
