- Undergraduate: Successful completion of CBSE exams / ISCE with an overall GPA of 60% in the best 4 core subjects or Higher Secondary Certificate with a passing marks of 70% (State Board)

International students who want to study at WSU, Sydney City Campus are required to show the proof of English language proficiency. They can do so by submitting IELTS / TOEFL / PTE scores. The minimum test scores required in these tests are:

Yes, as an international student at WSU, Sydney City Campus, one will be automatically considered for an international scholarship. A separate application is not required. Scholarships are offered on the basis of merit. Some of the scholarships that are offered are:
- Vice Chancellor’s Academic Excellence UG / PG Scholarships: Covers 50% of the cost of the tuition fees for 3 or 2 years
- Western Sydney International Scholarships: For UG / PG International students: Offers a AUD 6,000 multi-year or AUD 3,000 multi-year partial scholarship to be applied towards tuition fees up to a maximum of 3 years or 2 years
