Can you be more clear with your question

They seem to follow a procedure of asking applicants to submit their marksheets. There are chances they scan for your profile before giving you an interview but this cannot be verified. But if you have scored exceptionally well in XAT and cleared all sectional cutoffs, then you will surely get the call.

XLRI only takes into consideration XAT and GMAT scores.

You should have also applied to the HRM course to get a call for the Human Resources course.

Do give your best shot in the GDPI, if you have a call. BM might be a far shot, but HRM might be possible.

The cut-off for Business Management for XAT 2016 is 77.47 in VA & LR , 74.042 in DM, 88.60 in QA & DI and 96 percentile in total.

No, XLRI does not. The admission is only via XAT and GMAT.
