Last year there was a 65% weightage on the XAT score in the selection process. There will be a GD for both BM and HRM courses. If you have been shortlisted for both, you will need to appear for two different GDs.

Yes of course. Once you are done with your graduation and if you have achieved a high score in xat exam, you have a good chance of getting a call. Converting the call depends on many other factors like your profile CV etc. You may be questioned about your backlog once you reach the interview stage, but if you can justify it with something or the other, you can get an admit in to xlri

IN DSM almost all the clubs are student driven. College gives ample opportunities to every student to develop managerial skills. At this point of time I can not tell you about the pass out colleges of our faculty members, all what I can tell you is that all faculty members are NET qualified and are highly experienced in their respective fields.

You can check the last year cut offs:
1. Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI) - Jamshedpur.
a) XAT cut off: 94
2. Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship (XIMB) - Bangalore.
a) XAT cut off: 95
3. Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA) – Chennai.
a) XAT cut off: 90

Hi Samikshya,
To get admission into top B-schools you need to have atleast more than 60% in your gradation and more than 90 percentile in the MBA entrance exam. Internship and placements are based on your MBA score/performance in all the semester exams. Some companies do consider your graduation marks also.
