Yashwantrao Chavan Institute of Social Science Studies and Research (YCISSR) does not offer a guaranteed 100% placement rate. The institute focuses on social sciences, with specialised programs like MBS and M.Phil in Social Work, leading to careers in research, social welfare, and non-profit sectors. While there is support for students through its placement activities, placements are not as widespread in corporate sectors. Graduates typically find positions in social work, research organizations, and public sector units rather than large corporations.

The institute primarily offers programs like MBS, M.Phil in Social Work, and Ph.D., which may lead to placements in research, social work, or non-profit organizations rather than traditional corporate sectors.
