Pragyan International University offers a Bachelor's degree in Yoga Education, which studies the techniques and techniques of Yoga. The programme lasts for three years and covers some major subjects such as Foundations of Yoga,  Basics of Yogic Anatomy,  Patanjali Yoga Darshana, Yoga EducationBhagavadgita,  Fundamentals of Ayurveda, etc. Admission is based on the candidates' qualifications, that is twelve years of school education. After completing the degree from the University, students can choose a career path as a yoga instructor, opening a yoga studio, working in fitness centers, teaching yoga at retreats or wellness resorts, etc.

BSc Naturopathy and Yoga Science at Pragyan International University is a three year undergraduate course. The course is offered in regular (full-time) and external (self-study) mode. The BSc Naturopathy and Yoga Science is an educational programs designed to teach individuals about the practice, philosophy, and techniques of Yoga and can vary widely in terms of content, duration, and focus, catering to individuals with different levels of experience and interests. The proramme covers important subjects such as Foundations of Yoga, Foundations and Practices of Hatha Yoga, Patanajala Yoga Darshana, Bhagavadgita, Yogic Principles & Practices of Healthy Living, Fundamentals of Ayurveda, etc. Pragyan International University BSc admission is entirely merit-based, meaning candidates must qualify for the BSc eligibility criteria per the university's admission guidelines for the academic year 2024. 

Naturopathy is the sole specialisation offered by the premier Yoga colleges in Mumbai. Naturopathy in yoga refers to a holistic approach to health and well-being that integrates natural healing methods. It involves utilizing the principles of nature to promote physical, mental, and spiritual wellness. Naturopathy within the context of yoga often includes practices such as dietary adjustments, herbal remedies, hydrotherapy, and lifestyle modifications to support the body's innate ability to heal itself. The combination of yoga and naturopathy aims to bring about harmony and balance within the individual, fostering overall health and vitality.

To gain admission to the Yoga courses, candidates must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria stipulated by the university. Failure to meet these criteria may lead to the cancellation of the candidate's application. Thus, it is strongly recommended that prospective students carefully review the eligibility requirements for the respective Yoga courses. The eligibility criteria for Bachelor courses are outlined below.

• Aspiring candidates interested in pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Yoga or Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Yoga must have successfully completed their Class 12
• To enroll in the Yoga Science course, candidates are required to have attained a minimum of 50% marks. While most colleges admit students based on merit, some institutes may consider entrance test scores. Candidates must meet the minimum cutoff to qualify for admission.
