The University does not offers M.Sc. Horticulture course. The eligibility criteria for M.Sc. (Ag) is B.Sc. (Ag. ). / B.Sc. (CA&BM) of 4 years duration with minimum OGPA of 5.50 / 10.00 (SC/ ST- 5.00/10.00) or 2.50 / 4.00 (SC / ST-2.00 / 4.00) or 50% marks in traditional system (SC / ST- 40%). Age limit : The upper age limit is 40 years as on 1st July of the year of admission. Criteria for Selection: M.Sc. (Ag. ). : The selection shall be based on the previous academic record at Under Graduate level and performance in entrance test and the weightage would be in the ratio of 30:70. The entrance test shall be comprehensive one, covering all relevant subjects prescribed for the concerned Bachelor degree requirements of this University. Candidates seeking admission into any of the following Master's Degree courses must have passed the relevant Bachelor's Degree examination specified against each course from the Acharya N. G. Ranga Agricultural University or from any State Agricultural University (SAU) or Central Agricultural University (CAU). So University required the B.Sc. Passed candidates for asked courses. Hence you can not apply.

The admission and eligibility criteria for B.Sc. (Hons) The agriculture of ANGRAU are given below. The EAMCET is the main admission gateway. However, the other admission gateways were also described below.
1. Criteria for admission: The students are admitted to B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture based on their performance in the state level Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) conducted during the year of admission by the AP Sate Council of Higher Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
2. Age: The candidates for admission into First Year Under Graduate courses in the University shall be required to have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission with an upper age limit of 22 years for all the candidates, 25 years in case of SC and ST candidates and 27 years for Physically challenged.
3. Allocation of seats in favour of local candidates in relation to Local Area: Out of total intake, 15% of seats shall be Un- reserved (UR). For these seats any candidate from AU/SVU region can compete with intermediate marks of A.P. Candidates from Osmania University (OU) region (Telangana State), also are eligible to compete for these seats with intermediate marks of Telangana State.
4. ICAR quota: 15% seats on total intake will be filled by ICAR through All India Entrance Examination.
So from above you may select the appropriate admission gateways from the above.

20th August, 1946 in the Osmania University campus. Subsequently, the University was shifted to the Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University on 10th July, 1964 and presently working under the umbrella of one of the best University in the country I. e. ANGR Agricultural University from 14-11-1996. The College was established to impart the knowledge to the students and farmers of Telangana region in the field of agriculture. The College has completed its 60 years of establishment and organized the Silver Jubilee celebrations of the College during the year 1971, Golden Jubilee celebrations during the year 1996 and Diamond Jubilee celebrations recently during the year 2006. The College was started with only one B.Sc. (Ag) degree programme and to meet the manpower needs of the country with changing scenario in the field of agriculture two more degree programmes at UG level namely B.Sc. (Hort. ). And B.Sc. (CA&BM) were subsequently started at this College during the year 1982 and 2003, respectively. The College is first of its kind in the State and second in the South India to start the M.Sc. (Ag) P. G. programme in the year 1958 and Ph.D. programme during the year 1975. Subsequently another PG programme in the field of Horticulture was also started at this College during the year 1985. Further, to cater the specific requirements of the industry, more special programmes at PG level like MABM (Master of Agricultural Business Management), M.Sc.
