Admission to AIIMS Nagpur is conducted based on INICET ranks. Candidates should have valid INICET rank to get into AIIMS Nagpur. According to the AIIMS Nagpur INICET Cutoff 2026 for the General AI category, the round 2 cutoff range fell between 94 and 7993, wherein MD in General Medicine was the most sought-after course, and MD in Biochemistry, the least. For the OBC AI category, the cutoff ranged from 98 to 10502, which is a much more releaxed range than the General AI category. For the OBC students in the All India quota, the hardest and the easiest course for admission were MD in General Medicine and MD in Physiology, respectively. Note: This is the cutoff for the General AI and OBC AI quotas in round 2, other categories will have different cutoffs in different rounds.

Candidates can enrol at AIIMS Nagpur with out NEET for various courses such as BSc, MSc, MD etc. Admission to all these courses is either subject to an institute-specific entrance exam or INICET.However, if the ultimate objective is to crack AIIMS New Delhi for MBBS, a student has to go through the NEET UG entrance exam followed by the counselling process. If the ranking and score obtained in the exam match with the minimum requirement of the institution, the student will get admission here for MBBS, otherwise not.
