Yes, you can surely join life Science in Andhra University, but for that you need to qualify entrance exam, and you have qualified. Just take up the admissions, and study hard.

Not really. You won't be getting the University seat, but if there is a branch of Andhra University, you will get the seat there.

If you qualify AUEET, you are eligible to get a seat in Andhra University. Admissions are done through both the exams.
