Ashoka University offers Merit Cum Means scholarship for exceptional Undergraduate students intending to major in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics or Computer Science at Ashoka. A total of 25 scholarships will be awarded in addition to the need based financial aid available to all students, of which 5 of candidates will receive a waiver of 100% on tuition fee and residence, and remaining 20 will receive a waiver of 100% on tuition fee. Candidates can refer to the steps below to apply for Merit Cum Means scholarship:Candidates shortlisted based on the cut-offs will receive an invitation to apply for the Merit Scholarship.As a part of the scholarship application, candidates will be required to submit a form with a Statement Of Purpose (SOP), along with the latest Income Tax Return of their parents/guardian. This application form will be open for 5 days.Candidates will be further shortlisted by a scholarship committee based on the caliber of their SOP and family income analysis.  Those that make the short list at this point could also have to show up for an in-person interview with the committee.Depending on how well they perform overall during the selection process, successful candidates will either earn a 100% tuition fee waiver or a 100% tuition and residence waiver.
