UPES is going to introduce its new branch i.e. CS in machine learning. So it will be good if you want to go for ML.
RV College is also good.

This is the newest campus of VIT and last year, students got CSE below 1 lakh rank easily and I think, it's not a better option to take admission in Bhopal campus because fee structure similar to VIT, Vellore and Chennai campus somewhat.
