DPSRU Admission is strictly based on the merit of the last examination. The four-year BPharm programme at Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research University is broken up into eight semesters. At the undergraduate level, the university provides BPharm General and BPharm Ayurved. In addition, the university provides lateral admission into its BPharm program. Applicants for BPharm must have finished Class 12 with at least a 55% aggregate in PCM or PCB subjects.

The B.Pharm, D.Pharm, M.Pharm, and Ph.D. programs are available at the Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research (DIPSAR). Candidates may apply if they have a bachelor's degree in pharmacy with at least a 55% cumulative GPA. Admission to the D.Pharm and B.Pharm programs will be determined by how well candidates do on the qualifying test.- For the academic year 2021–2022, the cutoff point for admission to DIPSAR for the Non-Delhi general category was 95.67% for M.Pharma.- Candidates must have a minimum of 60% in aggregate marks and be GPAT qualified with a respectable rank to be admitted to DPSRU's M.Pharma in Clinical Research program.

Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research University accepts GPAT score for admission to MPharm course. The university accepts CUET-PG score for most of the PG programmes. The university prepares a merit list based on the entrance exam score of the candidates. Once selected, aspirants need to submit the specified documents for verification. On admission confirmation, aspirants need to pay a course fee for final admission.

Courses for M.Pharma are available at Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research University (DPSRU). At DPSRU, admission to M.Pharma programmes is determined by the candidate's performance on the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) and qualifying degree exams. The deadline for M.Pharma applications is August 10, 2023, and the GPAT 2024 exam is anticipated to take place in May of that year. Candidates may apply if they have a bachelor's degree in pharmacy with at least a 55% cumulative GPA.
