DPSRU Admission Process 2026
DPSRU admission process begins with registration for the preferred programme. The application process usually starts in May and go on till June/ July. Candidates need to meet the course-specific eligibility to apply for a course. Below are the steps to get a seat in DPSRU:
STEP 1: DPSRU Application Process 2026
Candidates can apply online. No application form will be available offline. Candidates need to fill out the application form on the official website of the university. DPSRU has made clusters for various courses for the convenience of the applicants. For each cluster, a separate application must be made with an application fee of INR 1,000.
STEP 2: Selection
DPSRU selects candidates based on their merit and performance in the accepted exam. The university considers merit in the last qualifying exam for UG courses.
DPSRU UG Admission 2026:
Admission to UG courses such as BPharm, BPT, BSc, and other courses is based on merit of the aspirants in the last qualifying exam. Aspirants should complete a minimum of Class 12 for admission.
DPSRU PG Admission 2026:
The selection for PG courses is based on scores of the candidates in CUET-PG or GPAT scores. The universty offers MPT, MPharm, MSc, etc. at the PG level.
DPSRU MBA Admission 2026:
Candidates must completed their graduation in relevant subjects with at least 55% aggregate and have a valid score in GPAT for some of the specialisations.
DPSRU PhD Admission 2026:
Candidates should have a valid score in GPAT, NET, SLET for admission in PhD programme. The university also conducts DPSRU Entrance Exam for PhD course.
STEP 3: Merit List & Counselling
The university releases a merit list based on the entrance exam score or merit in the last qualifying exam. Aspirants will be called one by one as per the merit list for admission for the courses. If the seat offered is acceptable, the documents will be checked with originals and all relevant submissions. Further, aspirants will need to pay course fee to confirm their seat in the university. DPSRU Fees & Seats 2026
DPSRU fees include multiple components such as tuition fees, caution deposits, exam fees, hostel charges, etc. Candidates need to pay a caution deposit only once at the time of admission. DPSRU Fee Refund Policy 2026
In case the candidate cancels his or her admission, he or she can apply for a fee refund. The fee will be refunded after a deduction of INR 1,000. No claim will be considered after the start of the classes. The complete process for refund will be processed through the student admission portal.
Students may apply by submitting the application for cancellation and request for fee refund. Students must enclose below documents with application:
- Attested photocopy of photo ID-proof (Aadhaar Card/ driving license/ PAN Card/ voter card/ ration card)
