First of all, Delhi University takes admission for the MCA programme on the basis of the entrance exam, DUET (which is conducted by itself at Delhi University), not through CUET-PG. A Master of Computer Application MCA is a two-year degree course. Eligibility Criteria: Pass 10+2 with a grade point average of 60 percent. The university has provided relief in the annual exam for special category candidates. Students need to have a UG degree in Math and Science as a compulsory subject in exams, either from DU or any other recognised university. I hope this will help you.

Any student who is pursuing any degree in the given college can do the diploma course of foreign languages. The cutoffs for foreign language and especially for Spanish is very high in delhi university's colleges. Like in my college that is Hindu college the cutoff for Spanish was 98 percent. I hope you got it. Keep studying-go for shiksha.

Since you have not mentioned any particular course, I assume you are referring to the B.Tech. In Information Technology and Mathematical Innovation offered by CIC under DU. Your percentile is high enough to make you eligible for admission; however, it may not assure you admission for this course as only 50 seats are available and priority will be given to CUET scores. Also, admission will be on a merit basis, and for outside Delhi candidates, the cut-off will be high. However, if you are referring to Delhi Technological University (DTU), then you may have some chances to get admission to branches like mechanical engineering and biotechnology.

Your marks are not that high as 600 is the expected cut-off for DU, but you can try other good universities among the 90 universities. Best wishes.
