3 years ago I have 115 marks in English, 86 in Spanish, 154 in general test and 109 in pol. science. Can I get admission for BA Spanish in DU or JNU?

The cut-off for BA Spanish is 662.15616. Seeing your score you may get admission to your preferred course.

No it's not even possible to get admission into DU affiliated colleges also you can only get admitted in to private colleges

No, it's not very difficult to get admission in top B schools because the entrance exam is considered for admission not the academic background of a candidate.
