3 years ago I want to migrate from MDU to DU or Chandigarh University. Will I have to start the course afresh or continue if I migrate?

You can't do this because the university didn't allow it to migrate from one university to another university you will have to start fresh your study if you want to study in DU or OTHER UNIVERSITY.

If you want to study in DU correspondent then you have to apply for DU'S SCHOOL OF OPEN LEARNING (SOL) after you apply here you will get admission directly without any cutoff system.
