No, you can not do Executive Masters of Business Administration ( EMBA ), if don't have a bachelor's degree from any recognized university or institution. This is the very must requirement that you have to fulfill if you want to do (EMBA). It's great that you have a lot of experience with a very prestigious company in India but the only experience is not sufficient to make you eligible for the same, because the University Grants Commission (UGC) has also made it mandatory that a candidate who wants to do (EMBA) must meet the eligibility criteria as given below :
1) Any candidate who has completed a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50 percent aggregate or equivalent from a recognized university.
2) The candidate must have at least two years of work experience at the managerial or executive level. Work experience in part-time mode is not accepted by any MBA institute.
3) The number of working years viz. the work experience varies from two to five years for every institute. The candidate must check the eligibility criteria of the preferred B-schools before applying.
