Yes you can get admission with that much of percentage. Actually for B.Sc best 3 are taken into consideration which is PCM . Don't worry with that much of percentage you can easily get admission into it. Not all but some colleges will provide

There is only way to get into this Course in DU which to meet the eligibility criteria and have percentage in best 3 which can be PCB equal or more than cutoff percentage. Must have to qualify cutoff to get into DU.

Since you belong to general caste and the cutoff usually goes very high in this course so, there is little chance of getting into this course.

Usually cutoff goes very high and There is actually no college in which percentage goes low to 87 percentage. Might be there will be a little chance in last cutoffs. You can check previous year cutoffs on DU portal.

Yes, you can apply for M.Sc from JNU or any other universities in Delhi provided that you have a minimum of 50% score. But, JNU has not reputed college.
