No, you cannot get admission to M.A. in Hindi with 60% in Class 12 at Delhi University. According to the eligibility criteria, candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University with at least two courses in Hindi, or a Master's Degree from a recognized University in any of the specified subjects, or a B.A. (Hons.) Hindi from University of Delhi. Class 12 percentage is not a factor in the eligibility criteria for M.A. in Hindi at Delhi University.
