Yes, you will get admission in RAHA College, if you belong ToSC or ST category, you will get admission in third cut off.
But, you will surely get admission in any of Delhi University college.
You must check out previous year cut off.

The cut off of KMC is very high.
Cut off is above 90, so most probably you will have to choose another Delhi University's college.
