The college timing will depend upon your time table, but the classes generally starts at 8:30 am in the morning. So, you must get your time table from the college.

Yes, you can pursue MBA, the only exception is when it's specifically said that you require maths in class 12th. But I do not see any such requirements laid out.
6 years ago I scored 66.4%. I want to take admission in BA honors Hindi and I'm from OBC category. Can I get any DU college at 6th cut-off?
