To get a seat in Shiv Nadar University in B.Tech, you need to attempt SNUSAT and APT exams. SNUSAT consists of four romans which include English (comprehensions, essay.) and other logical thinking questions (verbal, nonverbal). SNUSAT does not include any MPC questions. Now, coming to APT, you are asked questions from only mathematics and physics of class 11th and class 12th (difficulty is less than that of JEE main). So, preparation for chemistry is not required. I don't remember the no. of questions asked but I remember that there is no negative marking. APT question paper shows up on the screen just after SNUSAT is completed. SNUSAT and APT are for 2hrs and 1hr respectively. (You have to know that the 2hrs of SNUSAT are divided into some minutes based on the romans and essay. In the same way, 1hr of APT is also divided into 2 parts for maths and physics). You also need to get a good percentage in your board exams.

Language courses are not regular courses. It is thrice a week and the time changes every year, therefore you can check and assure it by direct contact through the college. Previous year's timings were 7.15 AM to 8.30 AM.

Yes, you can get Shivaji College. Your marks are good. There is another 1-2 percent relaxation at DU for female candidates. Your name would come in the 2nd or 3rd cut-off.
All the best.
