Yes, you can definitely add IP in your BFS in DU, as subjects like IP and computer Science are treated at power in best four subjects.

Graduation done from DU is obviously a better option any day, because Delhi Universities most of the colleges come in top 100 colleges of India, and hence their degree is more valued.
