6 years ago I had humanities in 12th and scored 87.4% but i fall in unreserved category and have only defence priority can i get a good college in DU?

Chances are 50-50. If we see last year pattern, you might get a good college but as we all know, every year cutoff increases.
Please check the cut off list on time and be positive. You can get admission.

Yes, you can get admission. Your counseling form will be available online only when you log into your portal. After you have been allotted a seat, you will have the option to fill that form.
