The general criteria for best 4 calculation is that you must add one language and 3 academic subjects from list A. So, if in place of maths, you wish to add any subject like physical education or music then there would be a deduction of 2.5% from your total percentage after calculating the best fours. And yes, you might get admission in English honors in colleges like Bharti College and others affiliated with DU and might even get in Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa if you wait for the 5th or 6th cut-off.

As per your marks, and considering you as a general category as you have not specified your category you will not be able to get DU in any cut-off. You need minimum of 82% to get DU in last rounds. If you come from any category leaving OBC (as it is not much different from general) there is some chance, you can get DU in 4-7 cut-off list.
