You can try in Shraddhanand College (it's average + good faculty + less merit is announced by this college) although 81 is less for B.Com but you must try. Wait for 8-9th cut off.

I'm sorry to say but the cut-off for mathematics (H) is quite high. You won't be able to get admission in Hansraj College.

Honestly speaking, these marks are just on the edge of requirements. Means so close to min. Marking. And competition is very much for entrance in DU. But it also depends if you are under any reservations. You just go and check the cutoff list.
