If you are failing again and again, so you should drop the course. And you can start the course, which you can study regularly. You do not study regularly, this is the reason behind losing your marks and failing in a subject.

You are unlikely to get a call from FMS with this score. Even if you do, converting the call might be really difficult.
Try to score over 98 percentile in CAT to stand a chance.
