If you are failing again and again, so you should drop the course. And you can start the course, which you can study regularly. You do not study regularly, this is the reason behind losing your marks and failing in a subject.

Hi Dipti. No, you are not allowed to pursue two degree course simultaneously either one is from distance mode and other is from regular mode from same university.
