Hi Rajat, you will have to register for CAT and then apply to FMS via its website for admission in FMS, Delhi.
A good CAT percentile of 99.7+ can put you in a decent position to get into FMS.

Hi Sunny,
To get into FMS, Delhi, it is important that you are fully aware of the admission process of FMS, Delhi.
To get into FMS Delhi, you will first have to apply via the official institute website http://www.fms.edu/ usually in the month of October/November, after you have registered for CAT, as you will be required to enter your CAT registration details. Once your CAT results are out, FMS Delhi will shortlist students based on CAT score. You need to have over 98.6 percentile to get a shortlist and over 99.6 percentile to have a reasonable change of converting the interview call to finally get into FMS.
Now that you know that you are required to score very high in CAT to get into FMS & get 99.9 percentile is it is extremely important that you rigorously prepare for the CAT examination. Get yourself enrolled for any test series and give it with utmost seriousness to check where you stand. To rank among the top 0.2 percentile of the nation, you need to target being in the top 10 candidates of any test series that you appear for.
Also, give ample time to analyzing your mock test results and see where you are usually going wrong.
This should help you realize and accordingly rectify your mistakes. A good balance between speed and accuracy is essential to score really high in CAT.
All the best!
