Yes, you can, however, it depends on the course that you plan to choose, not all course have NCC quota.

Of course you are eligible. But there is difference between eligible & getting Admission. Your 64% is bit on the lower side compared with trends. Apply and wait for results.

Hi,
Maths is compulsory for BBA in DU, but you could apply in other colleges, but don't worry there are many colleges where you could take admission.
