If you want to do B.Com from DU then you must clear the entrance exam. By percentage you can't take admission in DU. You can prepare for CS along with your graduation.

Appear in CAT. Try to score as high as possible. If you're general category the cut off will be around 98.5. You'll be called for the GD/What/PI if you qualify and then selection will take place.

Hansraj College, Ramjas, Kirorimal, Miranda House, Hindu College are best colleges in North campus in which you can get admission. Other good colleges have a high cut-off.
In south campus, Venkateshwara and JMC are the good colleges.

You simply cannot be given a seat based on your SC/ST certificate but will have to meet the eligibility criteria of the university.
