Talking about FMS, weightage is not given to past academic scores and hence if you score a good percentile you will have a good chance to get a shortlist from FMS.

You will be getting a diploma. It is accepted by the corporates as even IIMs give diploma only. However , if you want to apply for government jobs, there you need to have a degree and diploma may not be accepted.

Any course from a Reputed college of Delhi University is valuable , Talking about B.com pass , few Du colleges even provide campus placements to it's students. Now its upto your 12th score that which college you get.
