For reserved category students, the admission criteria for B.Com. (Hons.) at Rajdhani College is based on merit, with a relaxation of 10% of the minimum eligibility marks prescribed for General/UR Category Candidates. The selection shall be made on the basis of marks obtained in qualifying examination including one language and three best subjects as per the following:
- An aggregate of 40% or more in English/Hindi and combination of the best three from among the subjects: Mathematics, Accountancy, Economics and Business Studies/ Commerce.
Inclusion of any subject from List B other than mentioned above in the combination of best three will lead to a deduction of 1% per subject on the aggregate.
Inclusion of any subject other than those in Lists A and B in the combination of best three will lead to a deduction of 2.5% per subject on the aggregate of the Best Four.

The eligibility criteria include a clear pass in 10+2 or equivalent examination with 50% or more marks in aggregate of five subjects, having one Fine Arts subject (Graphic Design, Drawing, Painting, Sculpture, Printmaking or Applied Art) which is compulsory. The final selection of candidates will be made strictly in order of merit, with weightage given to Fine Arts subject and marks secured by the candidate in the 10+2 or equivalent examination.
