If you are studying in GSEB, you will have to appear for GUJ-CET and secure admission on basis of the merit list prepared by GUJ-CET. If you are studying in CBSE, you will have to appear for JEE MAINS, and apply for admission on basis of the AIR that you get. The courses offered at the B.Tech level are information and communication technology & B.hons in Information and Communication Technology with Computational Science.

Hello, to secure admission in either IIT Gandhinagar, or DAIICT, you have to give two different exams. For DAIICT you need to appear for GUJCET if you are a resident of Gujarat or you have to appear for JEE Mains in order to secure admission through All India Quota. To secure admission in IIT, Gandhinagar, you need to clear JEE Mains cut-off score and then get a decent rank in JEE Advanced. Hope this helps.! All the best!

In my opinion, DAIICT is equivalent and better than IIT, Gandhinagar reason being that IIT, Gandhinagar is a new IIT, so it is not that recognized. DAIICT is well recognized as compared to IIT, Gandhinagar. It totally depends on you what you opt for. Go through the course details of both the colleges, interact with some of the seniors who have attended the college, you will gain a better insight of the academic scenario of the colleges.
