You might get chance in incase there is another round of counselling happening. Normally waiting List under 20 get a fair chance to get through.

6 years ago I have done graduation in 2017 with 50%marks in B.Com from guru nanak dev university Amritsar Punjab and them one year Diploma in Frankfinn.

In counseling you will be given choice of college as per your rank. You have to deposit fee and book your seat in the given list of colleges.
