From IIIT, Delhi or NIT, Trichy I'll prefer you to opt for the IIIT Delhi as this is the best college than NIT Trichy as in Trichy you can't that quality placements that you can get from this college plus the infra and faculty of this college

For general category (or unreserved category), you need to have at least 75 percent and for reserved categories like SC, ST, OBC etc. , you need to have at least 65 percent in board exams to get admission through JoSAA.
