IIIT Delhi scholarships are provided under various criteria for the UG and PG level students. The scholarship amount or percentage differs according to the income of the parents.
Chairman’s Merit Scholarship for top BTech aspirants, admitted through JAC Counselling:
Any Delhi student with a JEE Main rank of less than 2,000, seeking admission at IIIT Delhi through JAC Counselling is entitled to a scholarship of Rs 1.25 LPA for four years, provided that the student maintains a CGPA of 8.5 or above. These students are not eligible for the income-linked fee waiver scheme of the scholarships.

Students pursuing any degree from IIIT Delhi are entitled to this scholarship based on following eligibility parameters:

Yes, admission to the IIIT Delhi, Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology is possible through JEE Mains as the only entrance exam. Though IIITD also requires students to go through JAC Counselling process as well.
