For admission in Jadavpur University, architecture department WBJEE GMR(General Merit Rank ) is necessary along with qualification in NATA. That means only NATA score is not enough for admission in B.Arch, you must appear or have had appeared in WBJEE and secured a good rank. FYI last year i.e. for 2015, opening and closing ranks for general category were 861 and 4767 respectively.

NATA is not mandatory to secure admission in Jadavpur University for B.Arch. Admission to B.Arch program from Jadavpur University can be secured by getting a good score in the WBJEE. Those candidates who have completed 12th standard with above 50% marks from a recognized university with PCM subject are eligible for WBJEE exam. Your age must be above 17 years. Regards.

I think it must not be a compulsory thing because Geography doesn't fall into engineering.
I shall still suggest to see the application form or prospectus of the college that you have applied to.
Maths is not there as a core subject but Geography certainly has Statistics.
