For Jamia specifically, Ph.D. admission notification comes two times a year summer session in March and Winter session in August-September.

Yes, you can do M.Sc in Biosciences/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology from Jamia Millia Islamia and even DU/JNU. But in Jamia, there is no M.Sc in Zoology.
