There's an estimate of rs 650 for most of the courses .
Around 700rs is the fees .

There are some courses you can get in by giving entrance exam, and then there is an interview process you've to follow and some of the courses conduct the proper exam and after that the interview.

It is quite impossible. Entrance exam is mandatory to get the seat in JNU.
