For admission to any course one year gap year does not matter but for the course you need to check the eligibility criteria for the same. For this, you need to visit the university site or mail them for your queries.

Surely, you can write the answers in Hindi. In JNU you can answer the questions in both the languages i.e. English and Hindi.
