JNU doesn't offer a B.Tech degree as of now. It offers MCA or M.Tech degree. JNU is a research oriented university and looks forward to students who would like to choose a research oriented career.

No, JNU doesn't provide distance learning courses. However, there are some certificate and Diploma courses but these are regular courses. You have to come and attend classes in all these courses.
